CCQ has developed its own methodology which starts with the development of a marketing plan for Purchasing , analysis of the product, the market, its current situation ,evolution and suppliers. Finally, we define the purchasing and supply strategies best suited for each product group in order to foster long term relationships with solvent suppliers who guarantee delivery and innovation.
Technological tools form an active part of our development of added value. On the one hand they enable us to use our own methods of analysing raw materials and transport. On the other, strategies to develop e-commerce (Externalia®) between clients and suppliers, thus assuring reliability, speed and minimum transaction costs. All our tools are state of the art, developed in technological platforms which are aimed at integrating clients and suppliers.
Simultaneously, we use various, regular reports and mechanisms in order to monitor and check activity, along with other indicators, which contribute to a framework of information and objectivity to facilitate the decision-making process.
